Hello, my name is Dana . I'm a holistic nutritionist with a deep passion to connect and support women who are going through the wonderful season of peri and post menopause. Yes! I say wonderful, because it should be the peak of our life time, a new beginning and not a time of decline.
That's where i come in.
I am a child of God, a wife, a mother of four and a proud grandma, so I understand the many challenges of life.
My journey for healing started after my burnout in 2015, triggered by the good, but busy and stressful life of being a mom of four homeschooled kids, a homemaker, a hobby farmer and by the onset of perimenopause. I didn't know what was happening to me, but one thing was for sure: my body was 'loudly' talking to me, sending me signals, but, of course, I ignored them. I was tired a lot, crashing in early afternoon, gaining weight and very anxious. Then it got worse: I could not slow down, I was tired but wired, so I couldn't sleep, eat, cook or take care of basic things. Doctors could not help me, so as a Christian, I turned closer to God and my faith and felt strongly about going back to school to learn how to change my health for the better. As i got better, with it a passion was born for applying what I learned and make a difference in others life.
As a woman, a NNCP, and life coach I understand how important it is to have understanding, care and support during life's trials; support i wish i had.

· Includes a comprehensive nutrition assessment based on your dietary history, medical history, activity levels, and lifestyle to provide individualized care
· Followed by recommendations to help achieve your nutrition and lifestyle goals as they relate to your main health concerns.
· Price: $75 ( 30-45 minutes)
· During follow-up sessions we will check in on progress, goal outcomes, and address questions and potential barriers. Additional recommendations will be provided to help you continue to work towards your goals. Dedication to regular follow-ups will help to keep you more accountable which will be directly related to your success and reaching your nutritional goals.

· Includes a 90-minute initial consultation and two 30 minutes follow-up sessions and suport

· Includes a 90-minute initial consultation plus five 30 minutes follow-up sessions and support.
