Hello, my name is Dana and I'm a holistic nutritionist with a deep passion to connect and support women who are going through the wonderful season of peri and post menopause. Yes! I say wonderful, because it should be the peak of our lifetime, a new beginning and not a time of decline.
It is through this time that i learned the most about myself; and so, as a wife, a mother of four, a proud grandma, and a woman of faith, I understand the many challenges that life can bring.
My journey for healing started after my burnout in 2015, triggered by the good, but busy and stressful life of being a mom of four homeschooled kids, a homemaker, a hobby farmer and by the onset of perimenopause. I didn't know what was happening to me, but one thing was for sure: my body was 'loudly' talking to me, sending me signals that I ignored. I was tired a lot, crashing in early afternoon, gaining weight and very anxious. Over a short time, it got worse: I could not slow down, I was tired but wired, so I couldn't sleep, eat, cook or take care of basic things. Doctors could not help me, so as a Christian, I turned closer to God and my faith and felt strongly about going back to school learning how to change my health for the better. As I was going through my personal healing journey, a passion was born to share my new found love for real food, and the health benefits it has on our body.
As a woman, holistic nutritionist (NNCP), and life coach, I understand how important it is to have understanding, care and support during life's trials.

· During follow-up sessions we will check in on progress, goal outcomes, and address questions and potential barriers. Additional recommendations will be provided to help you continue to work towards your goals. Dedication to regular follow-ups will help to keep you more accountable which will be directly related to your success and reaching your nutritional goals.
